Ingredients Shrimp Boil
- 500 grams shrimp
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 stalks green onion, sliced oblique
- 5 cm ginger, thinly sliced
- Mix the shrimp, salt, lemon juice until blended. Let stand 15 minutes, rinse and drain.
- Mix the shrimp with green onion and ginger
- Boil water, steamed shrimp 10 minutes, remove from heat.
- Serve hot with chilli sauce.
This recipe can be enjoyed for 3 servings.
